The Home for Little Wanderers helps children who are facing emotional, behavioral or mental health challenges through a broad continuum of clinical and support services, including family programs.
Children grow best when they can be at home with their own families. When a child’s home is a safe place, community-based services like ours are more effective. So we serve children while strengthening families, providing integrated support in homes, schools, clinics and hospitals.
We emphasize a team-based “wraparound” approach, which puts the vision and goals of each child and/or family at its center and “wraps” services around their unique needs. This helps keep children at home with their families in their own communities.
